A few metres from the centre of the city of León stands a daring and modern gastronomic offer. Our staging has preserved the architectural past of the building it occupies, a building from 1923 with an industrial style in which iron, wood and glass dress the space to reconcile it harmoniously with the demanding requirements of the present. Market cuisine in three distinct areas, our bar with high tables, the indoor dining room and our private dining room for events.
There are two very clear elements in the cuisine: an intellectual one and a playful one. The first shows that our cuisine is aimed at nourishing both the body and the soul; while the second shows that the diner has a good time, pleasant, fun, unforgettable... At Delirios, cuisine is a true work of art, where form is a central element in the presentation of our dishes. In other words, our cuisine is simply high-quality gastronomy, which is what our specialities breathe and drink, and which will delight the eyes, the nose, the touch and the palate.
